Abstract: This Lālamohara of King Gīrvāṇa provides the land concerned to Puṇya Sil Upādhyā which was previously granted to his forefather by Pṛthvipati Śāha and Narabhupāl Śāha in solar eclipse. The land was granted as Kuśa birta. So this document also allows the birtā land receiver to enjoy it accordingly.
