This lālamohara of King Gīrvāṇa appoints Vajrapani Gubhāla to manage the trust of Śrī Mahānkāla Devatā, which passed to him by inheritance on the death of Vidyānanda of Taulāchi. He is hereby empowered to operate other rituals covered by this trust. He is required to pay per ropanī 8 ānnās to the state as trust fees. |
