This lālamohara from King Surendra appoints Tephosi Lāmā to operate the rituals of Bauddha and Melamci monasteries and collect taxes from the diocese as have been done hitherto. He is required to teach the chinese language to the best of his capacity. He is entitled to enjoy the office from generation to generation provided that the conditions stipulated are not violated. |
