Abstract: This document in accordance with the lālamohara dated V.S. 1896 Māgha vadi 13, Friday allocates the land for conducting the rituals and lighting the torch during the Bhairava and Kālī festival on Śivarātrī and Kuse Aunsi day (Bhādra kṛṣṇa Amā).
