The Guṭhī Bandovasta Aḍḍā has issued a statement of settlement to Raghu Bir Newar of Bhaktapur, Makhāche Tola for the guṭhī land measuring 3 ropanis as suna birtā he bought on payment of silver coins amounting to Rs. 375 with its equal value in gold. The witnesses to the deed are Ratna Nārān, Deva Kṛṣṇa and Pṛthvi Man.
