| Abstract: |
This is a petition made by a contractor, a resident of Kavre Palāncoka to the premier praying him to extend the term of payment of the contractual sum of Rs. 185 owed to the trust of Sāgānāsi Narāyena [Sāgānāsikā Nārāyaṇa] and Nuvākot Bhairavi upto the last day of Pauṣa, 1991 as he was unable to settle the dues in time on account of his house damaged by the earthquake of 1990. The premier directs the Guthi Office to act in accordance with law. |
