Abstract: This document in pursuance of the earlier lālamoharas dated V.S. 1852 Phāguna vadi 11 Sunday and V.S. 1902 Vaiśākha vadi 14 Friday issued to Siddhi Māna, Kṛṣṇa Caraṇa and Viṣṇu Māṇi Newārs appropriates the land for a purpose of conducting daily and periodic rituals.
