Abstract: This lālamohara of King Gīrvāṇa directs that the rent from the state-owned shop of Asana, Kathmandu, be used for conducting the annual festival of Śrī Bhuludevatā. The singers of devotional songs to the deity during the occasion shall also be provided with meals on the day out of the rent. The residue shall go to the town-crier (kaṭuvāla).
