Issuing an executive order on tāmbāpatra (a copper plate on which a deed of gift is inscribed), this document made the trust land free of rent and directs Kājī Dala Keśara Pāṇḍe (husband of Mālikā, the founder of trust and the deity mentioned) to operate the trust and the rituals of the deity concerned out of the production of trust land.
