This is a petition made by Motināth Mahanta Jogi of Laincaur to the premier praying him to appoint him as the Mahanta of the Mṛgasthali Goraṣanātha as Bharpurnāth Mahanta has misappropriated the assets of the Matha and kept wife contrary to the principle of the Maṭha. In response to the petition the order of the premier directs the Guṭhī Administration to act accordance with the law. |
