| Abstract: |
This lālamohara of King Surendra provides trust land out of the dowry of the youngest sister of the King dying childless. The same principle is applicable in case of the daughter of Rūpa Kumārī Devī, wife of Cautaria (royal collateral) Phateh Jung Śāha who was killed during the Kota massacre. After operating the trust, the wife of Phateh Jung - Rūpa Kumārīdevī - is entitled to consume the residue from the trust land. |
