This lālamohara of King Tribhuvana allocates land as substitute to the Vāyudevatā Guṭhī as its land was affected when a new palace was built to the south of Simha Darbār. The land substituted is situated at Bhaktapur. The trust is entitled to collect the rent from the land substituted effective 1966. |
