This is a supplication presented to the premier by Lalit Mān Siṃ Dangal as a dhāmi (a kind of priest) of the Nuvākoṭ Bhairavī praying him to make him avail of the revenue of the trust land of the porridge feeding dedicated to the deity which had been stopped due to litigation otherwise the Bānḍā festival could not be celebrated. |
