| Abstract: |
This rukkā of primeminister Janga Bahādur Rāṇā empowers Keśara Bista Khatri to look after the maintenance of the inns, rest-house out of the income from the Matsya Nārāyaṇa Trust. Further he is directed to keep watch and ward of the forest and not to allow anyone to kill birds, animals and fell trees. If anyone found guilty in this respect, he will be fined at the rate of Rs. 5 and Re. 1 in accordance with the nature of his offence. In consideration of his assignment he is made free from submitting the statement of account incurred and also none is authorised to dismiss him from the service so long as he lives. |
