| Abstract: |
The Mulukī Aḍḍā (Civil Administration Office) from the order of the commander-in-chief retains Indra Bahādura Biṣṭa as the contractor of the Matsya Nārāyaṇa trust substituting Padma Bahādur Biṣṭa, the former contractor, who was dead. Further it also ignores the notice of serving the bid in competition for the arrears of the contractual sum of Rs. 110 and odd through the sanada (order) granted to him. |
