Abstract: |
This lālamohara of King Surendra provides 61 rupees to Rama Candra Upreti for reciting Vedic hymns during Caturmāsa at the shrine of Śri Ugratārā Devi of Ḍoti. This was made in recognition of the wonderful power felt by the officials when the King (Rājendra) went there. The original priest Ratnakar Jośi was drowned while crossing across the Seti. All his belongings, including the original lālamohara, was lost in 1891. This is the reproduction of the original document made. |
