| Abstract: |
This is the rukkā (order) of Premier Jung Bahadur and addresssed to Faujdar Ujir Siṃha Śreṣṭa Newar of Pokhara Cukurithoka. The person named was given rukkā to construct a house. In pursuance thereof, he built a house and a shop and the said plot as given as birtā (rent free holding). This order comes in effect from 1922 VS and the holding is made rent free. |
