This lālamohara of King Surendra, aged 24, allocates 9 ropanis and 11 annas of land situated at Lubhu in exchange for the trust land for painting the temple of Śrī Vijayeśvarī founded by the forefathers of Tejnar Śreṣṭha of Asanaṭola, Kathmandu, when the new cantonment for the Rifle company affected the land in 1909. |
