This lālamohara of King Tribhuvana, aged 42, provides land as substitute for the Seto Macchindranātha Guṭhī (of Kathmandu) affected by the construction of the road linking Simha Durbar and Bag Bazar in 1995. The rent is to be paid in cash from 1945 to 2002 VS and from 2003 on to be collected out of the land substituted. |
