The ownership of the khāyala (plot of land) of the trust of the deity mentioned was transferred to Tulasidāsa from Jānakidāsa Vairāgī. Therefore, this document providing the tenancy right to the usual tenant mentioned, orders him to enjoy the trust land and to pay the rent of the land to Tulasidāsa.
