This lālamohara of King Tribhuvana, aged 37 provides land as substitute for the trust land of Lumaḍī situate across the Vāgamati which was requisitioned when a road had to be built through it. The land situate at Kirtipur with identical rent was substituted. This will come into effect with the rent from 1999 on. |
