This lālamohara of King Surendra, aged 24, allocates 7 ānnās of land situate at Lubhu in exchange for the land attached to the trust of Śrī Lumaḍīdevī founded by the forefathers of Bhannārāyaṇa Jyāpu of Ṭebahala, Kathmandu. The trust land was affected in 1909 when a new cantonment for the rifle company was built. |
