This is the executive order of Premier Candra Śamśera directing the officer-in-chiarge of the arrears collection office of 8 districts of Gulmi that the premier concurs in the opinion of the trust of Viṣṇupañjara as recommended by the Guṭhī Administration office. The original executive order was made for its operation in 1906 by Colonel Khaḍga Bahadur. |
