| Abstract: |
This lālamohara of King Tribhuvana formalizes the donation of land as an endowment for operating the rituals of Śrī Śivajī at Jaisidevala, Kathmandu. It was founded by Premier Deva Śamsera and appropriate documents were issued by King Pṛthvi Vikrama. This document authorizes the trust to collect the rent from the land with effect from 1959. The money collected by the state for 1958 is to be paid back to the trust. The land out of which the trust was made came of the forfeited land of the rānās in 1942 VS. |
