Lakṣmana Bhaṭṭa of Deupāṭana submits this petition to the court of Koṭiliṅga Devānī Aḍḍā complaining against the misdeed of the Bhotes over the trust land of the deity which was enjoyed by his forefather Sāmbasadāsiva Bhaṭṭa and the same was provided by Jaya Jagata Malla in NS 848 and retained through lālamohara issued in VS 1901. The petitioner also claims his right over the trust mentioned. |
