Jagannātha Pādhyā complained against the impropriety done by Rāvala Śri Kṛṣṇa Bhaṭṭa in respect of the property of Paśupatinātha, Bhaṇḍāra Tahabila and Jayabāgeśvarī. To settle the matter and to operate the activities concerned, this document directs the priest named to act in the manner prescribed. |
