This is a petition presented to the premier by Cakra Bahādur Khadkā of Cāngu, Kothali, who is a tenant of the land belonged to the Kilesvara Māhādeva trust. He prays him that the rent owed to the priest of the deity be rebated as the land has been swept away by the Madara river. The executive order of the premier in this connection directs the Guthi Administration Office to act it in accordance with the law. |
