This lālamohara fomalises the land as a substitute for the Kumāri Dukā Guthi when its land was affected by the construction of road linking Siṃha Darbāra and Tukucā, Bāgbazāra. Previously the land was granted to Ratna Mān Gubhāju as a revenue free for conducting daily rituals of the deity. |
