This executive order of Premier Candra Śamśera counter signed by General Bhima Śamśera directs the Revenue Office of Ḍoṭī with the guidelines to operate the trust of the monasteries for the upkeep of the hospitals. If the first offence a sum of rupees 5 shall be fined, rupees 50 for the second and the discretion of the premier for the third. |
