Abstract:

This inscription records the erection of a stone pillar topped with a caitya (LAL2060-004) at Bhinchẽ Bāhāḥ by Dharmarāja Śākya and his wife Lakṣmīmāyā in NS 1058 (1938 CE) in memory of their deceased family members.

Text legibility: Legible; Minor cracks are visible around the middle of the text. Evidently, the cracks were there before the text was inscribed, as the inscriber has carefully avoided engraving text in the area where the cracks are. Chips have come off around the edges of the pillar.
