| Abstract: |
This document directs the officers responsible for collecting revenue not to charge any thing for the land substituted when the Kaḍela Coka Bhagavati Guthi was affected. When the parade ground was built in 1939, the land on the bank of the Dhobikholā was substituted. This was again affected when General Ḍambara Śamaśera built his house at Naksāla. Following the precedent of the Nārāyaṇahiti trust, this trust land substituted is made tax-free. |
