This executive order (rukkā) of Premier Jung Bahadur counter-signed by commander-in-chief Krishna Bahadur Kunwar Rana directs the persons named to be present round the clock at the place specified to carry the loads of the state passing through for military operations. For the services rendered, the persons named are corvee-exempted and are authorized to cultivate the land, utilise its rent for their own benefit. |
