This document is addressed to the staff of Sadar Daftar Khana and Kumārī Coka (Central Bureau of auditing) General Jagat Śamśera had got managed the Kapur Guthi of Guhyeśvarī through Harṣa Man Ācara. This rukkā is made in response to the reference made by Diṭṭha Teja Māna Rājbhandari of Sadar Daftar Khana and enjoins the office named to operate the trust of Guhyeśvari to burn the lights on the lamp-stand there through this office and deposit the residue to the state treasury. |
