A lālamohara instructing Sardāra Bhaktavīra Rājabhaṇḍārī to prepare a lālamohara granting land to Sardāra Bhaktavīra Rājabhaṇḍārī for participating in various wars faught. This also instructs him to prepare lālamohara deviding land seized for rebelled Jīta Jaṅga Bahādura and participants in ‘38s. This document describes sequence of war with Bhot etc. in the border of Nepal and involvement of Sardāra Bhaktavīra Rājabhaṇḍārī and his ancestors. This document also contains exile of Jagata Jaṅga Rāṇā.
