This rukkā deals with the rituals of the deities and distribution of sadāvarta alms charity as part of the trust set up by Premier Jaṅga Bahādur Kuvara Rāṇā. The land donated to the trust for its upkeep was exempted from all kinds of taxes. Those persons involved in this task should perform the rituals otherwise, they will be inflicted by the wrath of the deities |
