This is the general instruction to the staff of General Audit deputed to Dullu, Dailekha and Jumla in respect of Śrī Gaṇeśa, Śrī Lakṣmi Nārāyaṇa and other deities. The land which is found to exceed the legal holdings of the tenants be divided into two parts. One part of the land with its rent is to be used for the rituals of the deities and the other half to be forfeited and converted into raikar (state owned land). |
