Referring to the Tāmrapatra (A copper plate on which a deed of gift is inscribed) issued by Jaya Pārthivendra Malla in N.S. 805 Mārgaśira śudi 15, regarding the arrangement of the alms of the trust land which was, sometime in past at the eve of lunar eclipse, offered by an unknown saint to the deity, the petitioner claims that the said trust land was immorally and illegally occupied by unauthorised person. |
