| Abstract: |
This is a letter from Nehā Gīri Gusāhi to Kuvera Bhāthi Gusāhi, in which he inquires whether the previous letters have been received and whether any replies have been sent. He lists five specific letters whose responses are still pending: the Lhāsa letter, the letter with cash, the Shigatse letter, and two other unspecified letters. He states that unless he receives a reply, he cannot send the materials. He expresses uncertainty about whether the letters have reached their destination, as there is no mention or confirmation of receipt. Addressing Kuvera Bhāthi as a sāhu (a respectable merchant), he tells him not to worry. Nehā Gīri reassures him that he will manage to live on somehow in his current situation. He also mentions his intention to send money to Nepal and urges Kuvera Bhāthi not to rush.
