| Abstract: |
A letter from Nehā Giri to Śrī 3 Gusāhi Mahata Rāya Bhāthi seeking updates on the status of goods and payment. He asks whether the price of the materials remains the same and whether his previous letters have been received. He mentions the materials were sent via Hucu, with involvement from the Pramāna of Kuti, Vepāri (workers), and vanjārā (traders), and inquires whether the 6 vaku of goods have arrived and also requests a reply upon receipt. He notes that brocade was sent, for which 500 rupees are to be collected, and asks whether the amount which was meant to be paid in Nepal, has been received. He also mentions that 45 mohara are due from Hucu and Vāju for the brocade. Additionally, Cvāmhara without wooden handles was sent at the rate of 10 mohara per dharni, totaling 20 mohara. However, Neha Giri adds that there should be no argument over the 20 mohara—if the payment is made, it's acceptable; if not, that is also fine. He requests confirmation upon receipt of all items and payments. |
