This lālamohara of King Gīrvāna addressed to Paraśuliṅga, the Priest of Śrī Gopeśvara Rudra Himalaya, provides the tax from the forty villages of Śrīnagar, Garhwal to the endowment of the deity. The priest is required to conduct the rituals of the deity and pray for the everlasting prosperity of the king and his descendants. |
