Abstract: A copy of an order from premier Vīra Śamsera to the officers in Kausī Tosākhānā instructed to prepare a lālamohara and demark the land to be granted as baksa birtā from king to the premier Vīra Samsera for his birta land fall into the consrtuction of clock tower, road etc. This order also contains instruction to tharaghara to list guṭhī birta alands and provide substitute lands and demarcation in the areas of north from kamlādī Ganesha and on the east from rānī pokharī to the boarder of paśupati duniñā guṭhī land.
