Content

Abstract: A few individuals from Harisiddhi formed the Guṃlā Dharma Guthi, a religious trust for observing pious activities throughout the holy month of Guṃlā. The members of the trust installed the inscription after overlaying the tusks of the elephant with brass sheets. One of the performances in the Harisiddhi dance includes the dance of an elephant. The elephant mentioned in the inscription is probably the elephant mask used in the dance.
