Abstract: During the reign of King Narendra Malla, Tuyū Āḥju, a resident of Cīdhaṃ Bāhāḥ (KAT1410), set up a trust (guthi) together with his three younger brothers Śākyabhikṣu Rūparāja, Śākyabhikṣu Maṇirāja, and Śākyabhikṣu Jakarāja to ensure the continuation of the Samyak Mahādāna ceremony in future. Previously, Tuyū Āḥju established a statue of Dīpaṅkara and hosted the Samyak Mahādāna ceremony in memory of his deceased father Jīvāju in 1554 CE (NS 665) (H. Śākya VS 2036, p.23).
