| Abstract: |
This rukkā jointly issued by Prime Minister Juddha Śamśera and Commander-in-Chief Padma Śamśera instructs the officials of Bāke Māla to provide office accessories and salaries for the newly appointed staff of Forest Examine Circle Office. Forest advisor Mr. E. A. Smiths had reported of the need for extra staff at the office. He had also reported on trees being heavily cut in the forests west of the Babai river in the last years and suggested the cutting be stopped for some years to let the trees grow again. |
