| Abstract: |
This document contains two deeds of usufructuary mortgage. The first one records a transaction between Tāmrakāra Jayadhana Bhāro from Hātigala ṭola and his uncle Tāmrakāra Rudranārāyaṇa Bhāro. Jayadhana took 24 and a half ṭaṅkā in loan from Rudranārāyaṇa by depositing his land. Tāmrakāra Khaḍganarasiṃha Bhāro was the eyewitness to the transaction. The second one records transaction between Tāmrakāra Khaḍganarasiṃha Bhāro from Hātigala ṭola and his uncle Tāmrakāra Rudranārāyaṇa Bhāro. Jayadhana took 24 and a half ṭaṅkā in loan from Rudranārāyaṇa by depositing his land. Tāmrakāra Jayadhana Bhāro was the eyewitness to the transaction. |
