Abstract: This document records a settlement and partition agreement concerning a house (layautāgṛha) between Candra Siṃha Bhāvo and his nephew Indra Siṃha Bhāvo (NS 855) Śrījagadvāra Āśramaṇa, Kāyastha Rudra Hari Bhāro, Rasikara Bhāro, Śrīmān and Śrī Mahājyoti are the witnesses.
