This document records the sale of a plot of land measuring four ropanīs in the locality called Vankhonā in Lalitpur. The property was sold to Rāma Bhāro, a resident of Khālacho Chhe Naniyantā-gṛha jointly by Śrī Bābu Deva and Śrī Nātha Siṃha of Śākya lineage. Śrī Vijayadeva is the witness. |
