This document records the sale of a plot of land measuring one ropanī in Madhyapuri by Rāma Bhāro, a resident of Kvathu Ṭola sold to Kalyāṇa Bhāro after receiving the proper price in gold (suvarṇa) in the presence of witnesses. Rāmadā Bhāvo is the scribe and Hākudeva Duvār and Puṇya Rāma Duvāra are the witnesses. |
