The deed records that on Vaiśākha Kṛṣṇa Daśamī at Śrī Thimi (Madhyapuri) in Hitiphusi Ṭola, Palimāna Prajāpati sold to Canaka Siṃha Prajāpati his self-possessed field known as Kvadacā (NS 881). Numerous witnesses are listed, including Vajrācāryas, Bubhadris, and Prajāpatis, and the scribe was Kāyastha Śunasaṃkha. |
