The deed records that on Jyeṣṭha Śukla Dvādaśī at Śrī Madhyapuri in Deguri Ṭola, Vajrācārya Hera Siṃha Pāravāḍe sold to Śivācārya Jīvanācārya his self-possessed house named Deguri-rākṣayaṇṭa-gṛha (NS 763). Mānasiṁha Duvāra, Puṇyarāma Duvāra, Kinisiṁha Bhāro, Devasiṁha Karmī, Endrasiṁha Karmī, and Viṣṇusiṁha Bhāro are the witnesses. |
